By creating an account or using Arfin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Arfin is a personal finance and investment portfolio tracking platform. The Service allows you to manually track investment accounts, holdings, and transactions, view portfolio analytics, and optionally connect bank accounts for automatic synchronization.
Arfin is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. We do not provide investment advice, execute trades, or manage assets on your behalf. All investment decisions are solely your responsibility.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Arfin offers a free tier with limited features (1 account, unlimited holdings) and a Premium plan at €7.99/month or €69/year with unlimited accounts and advanced analytics.

Arfin retrieves market prices from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, ECB/Frankfurter). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that prices, exchange rates, or financial data are complete, accurate, or up-to-date.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Arfin does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arfin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Arfin and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection directives, including the right to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital services purchased online.
